This role is responsible for the proper preparation, operation, and maintenance of cementing equipment, as well as on-site operational coordination to ensure every job is executed in accordance with Baker Hughes standards, customer requirements, and HSE policies. Your technical expertise and operational commitment will be essential to achieving consistent, high-quality service delivery. **Key Responsibilities** Execute onshore and offshore well cementing operations, including casing cementing, liner cementing, plug jobs, squeeze jobs, and tie-backs. Operate cementing equipment and systems such as UAP, Batch Mixer, silos, cement heads, and auxiliary cementing equipment. Plan and coordinate on-site operations, ensuring equipment, tools, and materials are prepared, tested, and ready prior to departure to site and upon arrival at the well. Actively participate in pre-job planning and review of work programs, risk assessments, and contingency plans. Prepare and deliver comprehensive operation reports, including cementing equipment and tool checklists. Perform operational and preventive maintenance on cementing equipment and tools. Manage and safeguard inventories of supplies, equipment, and tools assigned to the operation. Maintain constant communication with the customer’s wellsite representative, drilling crew, and field support personnel. Track service quality events and support timely incident closure with corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Participate in knowledge sharing, best practices, and lessons learned within the cementing team. Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with Baker Hughes and customer service quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. Demonstrate availability and commitment to role responsibilities, including shift work and demanding operational conditions. **Requirements for Success** Bachelor’s degree, TSU, or equivalent technical training. Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in onshore and offshore well cementing operations. Practical experience executing primary and remedial cementing jobs. Proven knowledge of cementing equipment and tool operation (UAP, Batch Mixer, silos, cement heads). Experience in operational maintenance of cementing equipment. Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and follow operational instructions. Strong commitment to HSE, operational integrity, and procedural compliance. **Desirable** Experience in higher-responsibility operational or field leadership roles. Participation in critical or technically complex operations.
