




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources professional to manage talent attraction, selection, onboarding, employee administration, and labor relations. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end talent attraction and selection management 2. Active employee administration and labor relations 3. Coordination of employee onboarding and offboarding processes REQUIREMENTS * Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Capital, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum age of 28 years. * Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions. RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Attraction and Selection Process * Recruitment through various channels (digital platforms, job boards, job fairs, field recruitment). * Conducting initial interviews and coordinating technical or final interviews. * Verification of professional references. Onboarding and Hiring Process * Compiling personnel files and verifying documentation. * Drafting employment contracts and annexes. * Providing institutional induction to new employees (policies, regulations, company values). * Monitoring probationary periods and delivering excellent service. Active Employee Administration * Maintaining up-to-date personnel databases and employee files. * Preparing, managing, and archiving administrative minutes. * Tracking labor incidents: tardiness, absences, disciplinary actions. * Coordinating and recording internal and external training sessions. * Supporting performance evaluations. Labor Relations and Compliance * Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and company regulations. * Advising employees on their rights and obligations. Offboarding Processes * Coordinating exit interviews. * Preparing resignation letters, settlement documents (finiquitos), and termination paperwork.
