Will be responsible for validating and calculating payments generated to operators, through analysis and control of route settlements, bonuses, clarifications, expense verifications, and receipt of physical documents; will handle reconciling information provided for the transportation department, as well as resolving operator inquiries. **Requirements for the position.** · Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, or related field. . Payroll processing, settlements. . Advanced Excel. . 5 years of experience in the logistics sector, transportation, personnel management. · Availability of time. Shift role **Main responsibilities of the position.** · Calculation and disbursement of travel expenses. . Settlement control and closing of records. . Clarification of deductions applied to operators. . Receipt of physical documents from their trips for review and approval. . Request deposits with the involved departments. . Daily review and update of trip logs per unit and reporting. . File settlement sheets for trips completed by unit operators. . Validation of end-of-shift documentation. . Management of expense receipts (maneuvers, tire changes, hotel, pensions, fines, Gasoline, safety equipment, etc.) .
