Position Summary: Provide direct technical support to sales teams and customers, assisting with the use of publishing software and resolving technical inquiries. Key Highlights: 1. Provide direct support to Account Executives and customers. 2. Collaborate in the completion of yearbook projects. 3. Receive training on the company's proprietary publishing software. Description POSITION SUMMARY Provide direct support to the Account Executive team, sales representatives, and yearbook customers, assisting with the use of the company's proprietary publishing software, providing software support, and resolving technical inquiries. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION Train and learn the company's proprietary publishing software. Collaborate closely and communicate daily with the Account Executive team to support the completion of yearbook projects. Use company software to configure, upload specific files and content, and organize pages in preparation for the printing process. Respond to customer inquiries. Coordinate system updates as needed. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Technical degree or incomplete degree in Information Systems or related field. Two years of experience in a similar role providing technical support. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google tools. Knowledge of graphic and multimedia software is an advantage. Experience in customer service/account management.
