Implementation of operational cycles and contingency plans Position Objective Ensure compliance with quality and service indicators in CIS operations—including LTL—through timely equipment delivery for outbound foreign routes according to agreed schedules, yard control and administration, thereby achieving the company's established profitability objectives and satisfying customer needs at the lowest possible cost. Job Functions or Activities. 1. Supervise the operations of supervisors, domestic and cross-border transits under supervision through implementation of operational cycles to meet internal customer cargo delivery commitments, such as plazas, operational centers, air terminals, and operational centers. 2. Manage logistics for routes originating from the CIS, domestic and cross-border transits using route matrices containing data, distances, schedules, and project operational costs to reinforce projects and ensure their operational profitability. 3. Coordinate plaza reimbursements and minor purchases via transactions established in SAP so that plazas settle their reimbursements and maintain full cash funds. 4. Develop training and professional growth for personnel under supervision. 5. Determine pre-alerts issued to plazas, informing them of the volume of cargo arriving at each location. 6. Prepare and deliver return indicators to the Shipment Control department. 7.
