




Job Summary: Deputy Procurement and Supply Manager responsible for designing and implementing strategies, supervising the purchase and quality of food inputs, and managing suppliers. As Deputy Manager of this department, you will: • Design and execute procurement and supply strategy for food-sector inputs. • Analyze price trends, availability, and supply risks. • Supervise procurement of raw materials, packaging, and inputs, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with technical specifications. • Control inventories considering expiration dates, rotation (FIFO), and storage conditions. • Monitor key performance indicators: inventory turnover, shrinkage, coverage, and inventory cost. • Manage the department’s budget and optimize costs without compromising quality and safety. • Authorize purchase orders and validate invoices in accordance with internal controls. • Negotiate with food-sector suppliers (local and national) to guarantee quality, pricing, and delivery timelines. • Evaluate, qualify, and develop suppliers according to quality and safety standards. • Supervise technical documentation: technical data sheets, quality certificates, microbiological analyses, etc. • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (NOM, GMP, HACCP, and sanitary regulations). • Coordinate with the Quality Department to address non-conformities, returns, and audits. • Participate in internal, external, and supplier audits. • Lead the procurement team by establishing goals, KPIs, and action plans. • Promote training on food safety, quality, and good practices. • Drive continuous improvement, shrinkage reduction, and process digitalization (SAP). -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Regulatory compliance, Procurement, SAP ERP, Supplier negotiation, Personnel supervision Driver’s license: A Keywords: resident, supervisor, coordinator, deputy manager, responsible person, manager, procurement officer, captain, shopping, purchases, orders, acquisition, procurement
