You will be responsible for efficiently and safely delivering packages to our customers, ensuring a positive experience and compliance with customer service standards. Responsibilities: * Platform operation (Mercado Libre). * Package delivery. * Maintaining accurate delivery records. * Reporting, tracking, and resolving operational incidents or delays. * Complying with traffic safety regulations and company policies. * Keeping the assigned vehicle in good condition and reporting any mechanical issues. Requirements: * Prior experience in a similar role. * Familiarity with delivery platforms (Mercado Libre). * Minimum 2 years of experience driving cargo vans. * Ability to work independently and navigate effectively. * Valid driver’s license (preferably Class C). * Personal smartphone (Android system required).
