We are looking for **a Concierge** at **Grand Palladium Riviera Maya.** * **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION** * Opening the front desk in the corresponding lobby. * Making à la carte restaurant reservations. * Handling VIP calls. * Delivering pending fruit basket orders. * Verifying that the servibar delivers complimentary items. * Recording daily pending tasks in the logbook. * Printing amenity letters. * Delivering briefings to bars and DJs. * Providing information about hotel guests, both internal and external. * Registering guest requests. * Logging lost-and-found items. * Performing wedding check-ins at the hotel. * Inspecting conference rooms or theaters for briefings. * Addressing guest complaints and suggestions following the defined procedure. * Verifying and confirming inspection visits. * Assisting in training staff under your supervision and conducting specific onboarding training for new employees. * Implementing necessary corrective actions and preventive measures to avoid recurrence of complaints. * Monitoring theft incidents, tracking them, and reporting them to security. * Inspecting VIP S rooms prior to occupancy. **In return for your commitment and motivation, we offer:** * Genuine opportunities for professional development within an internationally expanding company. * An excellent working environment. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Continuous training and enriching learning experiences. **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Tourism and Hospitality, or Business Administration; specialization in Tourism Enterprises preferred. **Experience and technical knowledge:** * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Public Relations, pool butler, front desk, or customer service. * Knowledge of hotel organizational structure, general knowledge of special events and setups.
