Requirements: • Industrial Engineering or related degree • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality within manufacturing • Experience in KPI tracking and data analysis • Participation in quality and/or supplier audits • Conversational English (mandatory) • Intermediate Excel proficiency Responsibilities: • Analyze and monitor daily and weekly reports • Ensure compliance with quality indicators • Coordinate with lead auditor and involved departments • Support continuous improvement processes • Make data-driven decisions Compensation and Benefits: • Monthly gross salary: $28,000 to $32,000 • Statutory benefits (100% contribution) • Major medical expense insurance • Food vouchers and savings fund • On-site cafeteria service • Gasoline allowance • Direct employment • Location: Umán, Yucatán • Schedule: Monday to Thursday – full-time; Friday – half-day.
