Here, every step you take brings you closer to your best self. **Objective:** Execute security assessment activities that help preserve and enhance the security level of the Technological Infrastructure, Applications, and Business Processes, prioritizing support for business activities and requirements to be executed securely, thereby protecting AXA’s information, as well as that of its customers and investors. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and update AXA Seguros Mexico’s Information Security Policies. * Conduct security reviews of third parties, according to the risk level their services pose to AXA Seguros Mexico. * Analyze third-party contracts to ensure inclusion of appropriate security clauses aligned with contracted services. * Manage audits and assessments conducted on the Information Security area. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering (open to other fields). * English: minimum intermediate level (basic conversation). * 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (area related to controls or information security). Basic experience in control evaluation. * Advanced knowledge of information security risk management processes. * Advanced knowledge of evaluating effectiveness and maturity of IT and information security controls. * Knowledge of designing and implementing indicators (KPI, KGI, KRI), as well as dashboard models (Balanced Scorecard). * Development and updating of security regulations. * Knowledge of international security standards such as ISO27k. * **Courses or Certifications:** Diplomas in Cybersecurity and/or Information Security and/or specializations in Information Security, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity (desirable). * Desired Certifications\-Courses: o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) o Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) **Competencies:** * Organizational Skills. * Business Knowledge. * Results Orientation. * Motivation and Inspiration. **What We Offer You?** At AXA Mexico, we offer you a path to strengthen your skills, grow personally and professionally, and live an experience that challenges you to become better each day.
