**POL**, a **MULTIMEDIA** company, is seeking your talent as **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of security equipment, working at heights, and metal structures * Valid driver’s license * Availability to travel Responsibilities * Management of KPIs. * Supervise, plan, and assign daily tasks to the installation team. * Coordinate logistics and route planning. * Ensure availability and maintenance of required materials, tools, and equipment. * Supervise compliance with safety regulations and use of PPE. * Vendor management. * Document and report progress of completed installations.
