We don’t improvise: we design, execute, and certify solutions in **IT infrastructure and special systems**, with a focus on quality, control, and measurable results. **Work Area:** Telecommunications / Specialized Engineering **Employment Type:** Project-based (with potential for long-term employment) **Work Modality:** On-site – Construction (minimum 12 months). **Location:** La Ribera, Baja California Sur (Apply from any state) **Position Objective:** To coordinate and supervise on-site the proper execution of **voice, data, structured cabling, fire alarm, audio** projects, ensuring efficient integration with other specialized engineering disciplines that form part of BBINCO’s technological ecosystem. **Engineering Disciplines You’ll Work With** * Voice and Data (copper and fiber optic structured cabling). * Fiber Optics (backbone, vertical, and horizontal). * CCTV and video surveillance systems. * Access control and electronic security systems. * Audiovisual systems and smart meeting rooms. * Network infrastructure, racks, technical rooms, and data centers. *(Yes, here these engineering disciplines coexist—and someone must coordinate them effectively.)* Key Responsibilities * Supervise construction execution according to drawings, engineering specifications, and scope of work. * Coordinate technical crews and specialized subcontractors. * Validate installation of conduits, racks, cabling, and equipment. * Monitor progress, logbooks, photographic evidence, and reports. * Verify compliance with TIA/EIA, ANSI, ISO standards and industry best practices. * Coordinate testing, certifications, and final deliverables. * Identify technical deviations and resolve them in real time. * Maintain constant communication with the client and internal team. Required Profile * Degree or technical qualification in Telecommunications, Systems, Electronics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a resident or construction supervisor for IT projects. * Solid knowledge of structured cabling and fiber optics. * Desired experience in integration of special systems. * Leadership ability and decision-making capacity in the field. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is essential. * Focus on quality, order, and adherence to schedules.
