We are looking for a Field Crew Supervisor Engineer with telecommunications experience to support various projects and clients. **Our Value Proposition** * Access to certifications and training courses from brands such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, etc. * Excellent work environment with real medium- and long-term career development. * Operational freedom to manage your time and achieve a professional-personal balance. **Our Offer** * **Salary**: MXN 18,000–20,000 gross per month, direct employment contract, statutory benefits. * **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday half-day when required. * **Work Locations**: Campeche City Center, Xpujil, Escárcega (company vehicle provided). **What We’re Looking For** * **2–3 years of experience**: Installer Coordinator, Telecommunications Team Leader, Field Engineer, Site Surveyor, Cabling Installer, Fiber Optic Installer, Crew Leader. * 3 years of experience managing crews (more than 3 people) for antenna installation, maintenance, administration and/or support or troubleshooting of Access Point, LAN controllers, routers, switching, codecs, AP, etc. * 2–3 years installing and cabling Wi-Fi networks using Ruckus, Cisco, or Brocade equipment; certification or training in Working at Heights (DC3\). * 2–3 years managing and tracking client projects and reporting progress to management (milestones, incidents, KPIs, costs, etc.). * 3 years executing BoM (Bill of Materials) for project requirement estimation and quotation. * 3 years managing and controlling materials, inventories, equipment assignment, inspection of work tools (ladders, scaffolds, positioning harnesses, first-aid kits, fire extinguishers), basic and specific PPE, and verifying/assigning installation materials. * Training or certification (DC3\) in Working at Heights and operation of Genie articulating-arm or scissor lift platforms.
