Your daily work will include: * Continuously monitor company networks, web, and critical systems health to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues. * Timely report and document failures and alerts, communicating effectively with internal teams for rapid resolution. * Perform routine maintenance tasks and install/update monitoring tools across various platforms using provided documentation. * Work seamlessly with enterprise\-wide teams to solve complex problems and drive continuous system improvement. * Operate effectively within a 24/7 support setting, requiring flexibility for rotating night, weekend, or holiday shifts. **What We Require** * **Bilingual Communication:** Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential to collaborate effectively with our global teams. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in a service desk or system administration role. * **Technical Knowledge:** Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). * **Monitoring Tools:** Experience with monitoring platforms such as Data Dog, Azure Application Insights, or Nagios. * **Proactive Skillset:** Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of work with conflicting priorities and deadlines, excellent time management, and conflict resolution skills. * **Certifications (Preferred):** CompTIA A\+ or Azure AZ\-900 are a plus!
