**Job Description:**
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-oriented **Human Resources Generalist** to oversee the comprehensive management of the Human Resources department within a logistics company. Your mission will be to manage end-to-end processes related to talent attraction, development, talent management, personnel administration, and workplace climate — all aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Recruitment, selection, and hiring of operational and administrative staff:**
* Posting job openings on portals, social media, and on-site (for mass recruitment).
* Resume screening and conducting initial interviews.
* Coordinating interviews with department heads.
* Preparing employment contracts.
* **Employee file administration and system movement tracking:**
* Compilation and updating of physical and digital personnel files.
* Mapping of hires and terminations.
* Managing mandatory documentation (IDs, medical certificates, etc.).
* Tracking contract renewals.
* **Payroll contract preparation and control, incidents, and payroll movements:**
* Recording and validating incidents (absences, tardiness, leaves, overtime).
* Coordinating with the payroll department to ensure accurate payment disbursement (tracking incidents until resolution).
* Monitoring final settlements and severance payments.
* **Training and organizational development program follow-up:**
* Registering and tracking attendance at training sessions (onboarding).
* Evaluating the effectiveness of delivered training.
* Reporting on training needs (refresher courses).
* **Handling and recording personnel-related incidents:**
* Logging labor incident reports.
* Processing leave, medical leave, and vacation requests.
* Assisting in resolving basic labor conflicts.
* **Monitoring Human Resources policies:**
* Disseminating company policies and procedures.
* Verifying compliance with internal regulations.
* Reporting non-compliance or situations requiring corrective action.
* **Supporting workplace climate, internal communication, and organizational culture initiatives:**
* Administering workplace climate surveys.
* Organizing integration events and team-building activities.
* Distributing internal announcements.
* Proposing initiatives to reinforce company culture and values.
* **Territories covered: YUCATAN AND CANCUN.**
* **Willingness to travel to Cancun as needed for separation or recruitment matters.**
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, similar to the requirements outlined above.
Residence within a 30-minute commute from the distribution center (cedis).
Accustomed to working under defined timeframes.
