**Job Objective:** Operate and program CNC machinery to manufacture metal parts with precision, ensuring quality and compliance with production standards. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Operate CNC machines to cut, drill, mill, or turn metal parts. * Interpret technical drawings and diagrams. * Adjust machine parameters according to product specifications. * Program G and M codes in CNC software. * Verify part dimensions and quality using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). * Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of CNC machinery. * Report malfunctions or deviations in the production process. **Job Requirements: Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering * Technical diploma in Machining, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related field * High school diploma **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years operating CNC machines. * Experience in programming. * Knowledge of measuring tools and machine setup. **Skills and Competencies:** * Precision and attention to detail. * Ability to analyze and interpret engineering drawings. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Proactivity and technical problem-solving. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam, etc.). * Knowledge of materials and cutting tools. * Industrial safety standards and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
