If you have **EXPERIENCE** in: * Directly supporting the Controller in the hotel’s financial and accounting administration. * Supervising and validating monthly accounting closings, bank reconciliations, and accounting reconciliations. * Controlling and analyzing revenues, costs, and operating expenses, ensuring their proper classification and recording. * Reviewing and strengthening internal controls to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. * Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management. * Coordinating and managing internal and external audits, as well as tax-related requirements. * Ensuring compliance with current tax obligations and regulatory requirements. * Preparing financial reports, performance analyses, and presentations for Management. * Providing financial support to the hotel’s various operational departments. * Supervising inventories, fixed assets, and warehouse processes. * Participating in the continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes.
