REQUIREMENTS: \*Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in: \-Civil Engineering. \-Architecture. \-Related field. \-Minimum 2–5 years of experience in unit price analysis for public and private construction projects. \-Specific technical knowledge: \*Unit Price Analysis (UPA). \*Budgeting and cost control. \*Labor and machinery productivity. \*Direct and indirect costs. \*Catalog integration and quantity take-offs. \*Public tendering processes and private bidding contests. \*Reading and interpretation of drawings and specifications. \*Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency. \*Unit price software: Neodata, OPUS, or similar.
