Job Responsibilities** * Support manufacturing engineers in the development, implementation, and improvement of production processes. * Assist in collecting and analyzing production data to identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost reduction. * Participate in creating and updating technical documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and flowcharts. * Collaborate on resolving manufacturing issues by applying engineering principles to find effective solutions. * Help evaluate and select new manufacturing technologies and equipment. * Participate in continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. * Conduct research and development tasks related to production optimization. * Support operator training on new processes or equipment. Job Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in the final semesters (or equivalent) of Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields. * Demonstrated interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement. * Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma tools and principles (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly. * Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish. * Proactivity, curiosity, and strong work ethic. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software (preferred).
