Effective communication **MISSION:** Coordinate and supervise the execution of HVAC package unit installation projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, delivery schedules, service quality, and industrial safety standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and coordinate package unit installation activities. * Supervise technical and operational support staff during projects. * Verify compliance with technical specifications and installation drawings. * Coordinate logistics for tools, equipment, and materials required for each project. * Supervise proper execution of electrical and mechanical connections. * Validate compliance with industrial safety standards. * Prepare and review project progress reports. * Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations departments. * Address and follow up on on-site client requirements. * Resolve technical incidents during the installation process. * Ensure adherence to timelines and service quality. **PROFILE:** * Education: Degree in Refrigeration Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience installing HVAC package units. * Experience leading technical staff or work crews. **TOOLS:** * AutoCAD * Measuring instruments (multimeter, pressure gauges, ammeter). * Project reporting or management software. * Personal protective equipment (PPE). **SKILLS:** * Team leadership and coordination. * Planning and organization. * Technical problem solving. * Effective communication. * On-site decision-making. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Flexible working hours. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver’s license. * Knowledge of industrial safety standards. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Continuous training. * Tools and/or equipment per position.
