





**Job Objective** Create, manage, and optimize the brand's digital content strategy to establish its positioning, connect with the audience, build community, and convert followers into potential customers. Ensure consistent communication aligned with the brand identity, as well as engaging, creative content that supports business objectives. **Functions and Responsibilities - Strategy** * Develop the monthly editorial calendar (content, platform, scheduling). * Analyze trends and content opportunities on social media. * Adapt tone and communication style according to the target audience. **Content Creation** * Write creative texts, persuasive copy, and scripts for reels. * Coordinate photo/video shoots and visual materials. * Collaborate with the design team or create content independently. * Produce educational, aspirational, testimonial, and sales-oriented content. **Social Media Management** * Publish content and monitor interactions. * Respond to messages and comments in a professional tone. * Identify conversation opportunities or areas for improvement. * Keep all platforms updated: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. **Performance Analysis** * Measure key metrics (reach, engagement, growth, leads, sales). * Present weekly/monthly reports with results and improvement suggestions. * Propose adjustments based on performance and user behavior. **Cross-Functional Coordination** * Collaborate with the sales team to generate commercial content. * Support product, service, or event launches. **Skills and Competencies** * Creativity and business mindset. * Excellent spelling and writing skills. * Storytelling ability. * Organization and multitasking capability. * Proactivity and self-management. * Knowledge of digital trends. * Strong customer and team interaction skills. * Analytical thinking and continuous improvement orientation. **Job Requirements** * Proven experience in social media management. * Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business, ChatGPT, etc. * Basic/intermediate English (if applicable). * Degree in communications, marketing, design, or related fields.
