Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and organized Construction Supervisor to execute high-quality projects in the carpentry industry. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities Maintain and keep the construction logbook up to date. Verify timelines, processes, and completed tasks. Prepare weekly estimates. Supervise installation progress. Conduct project closeouts and validate proper completion of work. Send out the daily work order. Lead and coordinate the work team. Handle payroll and pre-payroll (submitted timely and correctly). Manage release of contracted deliverables via client sign-off documents. Requirements Industrial or Civil Engineering degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Availability of time. Service-oriented attitude and results focus. Organized and responsible individual. Must reside in Mérida, Yucatán. We Offer Benefits exceeding legal requirements (IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT).
