If you are an organized, proactive person who enjoys teamwork, service-oriented and results-driven, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities** * Reconcile daily sales by branch and channel (POS, BackOffice, and financial reports). * Identify discrepancies, cancellations, returns, and entries outside the cutoff period. * Prepare and archive daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. * Record and classify commercial incidents (sales, pricing, data entry). * Track documentation for incidents until resolution. * Prepare baseline reports on denied products, stockouts, and turnover. * Support price control (prices outside policy, validity periods). * Prepare preliminary databases for commissions and incentives. * Maintain organized historical records and audit evidence. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Systems, or related field. * Experience in information analysis, administrative control, or commercial support. * Preferred experience in retail, pharmacy, or fast-moving consumer goods.
