Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines (degree holder). Additional: Courses or diplomas in payroll management, social security, Federal Labor Law, or payroll systems (e.g., SUA, IDSE, CONTPAQi Payroll, etc.). Payroll systems: NOI/Nomipaq, Aspel, Tress, or similar. Government platforms: IDSE, SUA, INFONAVIT, SAT, FONACOT. Intermediate–advanced Microsoft Excel and Office/Google Workspace suite.
