JOIN OUR TEAM REQUIRED PROFILE: Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture with extensive practical knowledge of Contract Management EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure project execution. Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Management for infrastructure projects exceeding 10 million USD. Civil Engineer or Architect with extensive knowledge of contract and subcontract administration. English language proficiency at 75% Advanced Microsoft Project FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review, contractual risk analysis, and support for formalizing the main construction contract as well as key subcontracts deemed appropriate by the Project Director; including respective extensions or amendments that may be required in both cases. Contractual monitoring of the construction execution schedule. Administration of communications related to the main contract and principal subcontractors. Administration of Meeting Minutes and Project Logs. Weekly reporting of area incidents to the Project Management and Functional Contract Management Department. Responsible for collecting contractual evidence for potential claims and defenses arising during project execution. Responsible for preparation, submission, delivery, and reconciliation of claims. Support in closing contracts and subcontracts, as well as guarantee releases. Responsible for Document Control.
