DESCRIPTION **GP Construction**, we are the leaders in infrastructure and industrial project construction. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** We are seeking a highly qualified professional with extensive experience to join our team as Surveying Coordinator. You will be responsible for supervising and directing all surveying activities related to our infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards. Your role will be critical to ensuring the successful execution of large-scale construction works. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS** * Supervise and coordinate field survey teams. * Plan and execute detailed topographic surveys for highway projects, bypasses, and other infrastructure works. * Perform analysis and processing of survey data using specialized software. * Ensure proper layout and construction control according to drawings and technical specifications. * Collaborate closely with engineering, geology, and construction teams to resolve technical challenges. * Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and relevant documentation. * Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards across all surveying operations. * Manage and maintain surveying equipment, guaranteeing its proper condition and calibration. * Identify and mitigate potential survey-related risks on site. * Actively participate in project meetings and propose innovative solutions. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * **Experience:** Minimum 8 years of verifiable experience in coordinating and executing surveying for infrastructure projects, preferably in the highway and bypass sector. * **Academic Qualification:** Degree in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. (Degree and Professional License are mandatory.) * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid experience operating state-of-the-art surveying equipment (Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, Drones, Laser Scanners). * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in surveying and CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, TopoNET, Civil Design, or equivalent). * **Data Processing:** Experience processing and analyzing field data, generating digital terrain models (DTMs) and plans. * **Regulations:** Familiarity with regulations and technical specifications applicable to infrastructure and surveying projects in Mexico. * **Team Management:** Experience managing and supervising technical personnel. * **Projects:** Demonstrated experience executing highway projects, bypasses, hydraulic works, and/or industrial projects. * **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * **Problem Solving:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * **Teamwork:** Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. * **Availability** to travel and reside on-site as required.
