**WE ARE LOOKING FOR A JUNIOR SCRUM MASTER** **JOB MISSION** Facilitate the proper application of the Scrum framework across multiple development teams, promoting effective agile practices and removing impediments that hinder team progress. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring each fulfills its purpose and delivers value. * Identify, document, and manage impediments affecting team progress, tracking them to resolution and escalating when necessary. * Generate and maintain up-to-date sprint performance reports, including metrics such as velocity and sprint completion. * Coordinate communication among teams and with other areas (Product, QA, Operations). **REQUIREMENTS:** * 1\-2 years of experience in software development or technology teams. * Project or initiative tracking. * Scrum certification (PSM I, CSM) * SAFe Scrum Master * Agile team development * Effective oral and written communication. * Collaboration with multiple stakeholders. **PREFERRED:** Experience with remote or hybrid teams, impediment management, and performance metric analysis. **ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Scrum framework. * Principles and values of the Agile Manifesto. * Software development lifecycle. * Complementary agile methodologies. * Project management tools. * Basic knowledge of web technologies. * Familiarity with web/mobile architectures, microservices, and cloud services (AWS).
