In this role, you will primarily work on building modern, responsive user interfaces while integrating them with backend services that power our compliance platform used by clients across the United States. The ideal candidate has strong experience developing complex frontend applications, understands how to work with backend APIs, and is comfortable collaborating in an agile development environment. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high\-quality product features. This role is well suited for someone who values usability, performance, and clean code, and who enjoys taking ownership of features from development through deployment. Responsibilities * Design and implement modern frontend applications using **React** * Build reusable UI components and maintain consistent design patterns * Integrate frontend applications with backend **REST APIs** * Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement product features * Ensure responsive, accessible, and high\-performing user interfaces * Write clean, maintainable, and well\-tested code * Participate in **Agile/Scrum** development processes using Jira * Contribute to **code reviews** and engineering best practices * Troubleshoot and resolve frontend and integration issues **Requirements** * 3\-5 YOE of experience with **React and modern JavaScript (ES6\+)** * Experience with Python. * Experience building **complex web applications** * Solid understanding of **HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design** * Experience integrating frontend applications with **REST APIs** * Experience working with **Git\-based workflows (GitHub)** * Experience working in **Agile/Scrum environments** * Strong focus on **code quality, maintainability, and testing** * Ability to **work independently and take ownership of tasks** * **Advanced English communication skills** * Must be located in Latam.
