We are **Algorithmics**, an international programming school for children aged 5 to 18. The ideal candidate will have software development experience, preferably with teaching experience. You will serve as a key contributor to the educational development and student retention of learners aged 5 to 18. **Requirements:** * Reside near the Corregidora area. * Technical specialization related to IT applications (programming, computer science) (mandatory). * Knowledge and experience in various programming languages and game engines (**SCRATCH**, GDEVELOP, **ROBLOX, UNITY, PYTHON**, HTML, CSS). * Pedagogical and psychological education (may be a second or complementary specialization) (preferred). * Experience working as a camp counselor or teacher (preferred). * Experience training children (preferred). * Experience organizing clubs for children, especially age-appropriate ones (preferred). * Availability during the following hours: Tuesdays to Fridays, 3–8 PM; Saturdays, 9–2 PM and 4–8 PM. * Own computing equipment (mandatory). **Responsibilities:** * Managing groups of up to 5 students. * Demonstrating empathy and assertive communication with children and teenagers aged 5 to 18. * Delivering virtual classes to children and teenagers aged 5 to 18. * Monitoring student progress and academic development. * Technical preparation and troubleshooting for class-related technical issues. * Providing detailed explanations of the platform to students and parents. * Ensuring every student completes a final, deliverable project upon course completion. * Preparing instructional materials. * Arriving 15 minutes before class starts to prepare for the day and welcome students prior to lesson commencement. **Benefits:** * Monthly income of $5,000 * Commission of $100 per enrolled student (monthly target: 25 students) * Monthly student retention bonus of $1,000 * Annual student retention bonus of $1,000 * Annual base salary increase of $500 * Opportunity to work for an internationally recognized school. **Schedule:** * Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, 3–8 PM. * Days off: Sundays, Mondays, and official holidays.
