Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and initiative-driven Workshop Assistant for technical support and computer maintenance in a relaxed and friendly environment. Key Highlights: 1. Relaxed and quiet work environment We are currently looking for a Workshop Assistant to join our technical support team. Main Responsibilities: Computer repair and maintenance. Remote and telephone technical support to customers. Assistance in workshop technical activities. Direct support to Workshop Supervisor Jorge Rauda. Candidate Profile: Responsible and punctual individual. Proactive attitude and initiative to solve problems. Professional appearance. Ability to work well in a team. Friendly interaction with customers and colleagues. Our team maintains a relaxed and quiet work environment; therefore, we seek a friendly individual who contributes positively to the team. Requirements: Knowledge of computer repair. Basic remote support skills. Ability to drive a car (preferred). Valid driver's license (preferred). Preferably residing near the office to avoid high transportation costs. Work Location: Col. Centro, Torreón.
