We are seeking a candidate with a commercial vision and coordination skills to lead the execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve our revenue goals in real estate projects. **Position objective.** Coordinate the commercial operations of projects, ensuring the achievement of revenue and sales targets through the management of brokers, external real estate agencies, and the marketing department, guaranteeing reliable reporting and up-to-date sales materials. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate real estate agencies, brokers, and external agencies according to defined strategies. * Manage inventories, price lists, and sales schemes in CRM. * Consolidate and supervise sales materials (spec sheets, presentations, renders, pricing, FAQs). * Review marketing campaigns and content developed by the marketing team. * Follow up with key clients and maintain proactive communication (e.g., newsletters). * Prepare weekly and monthly commercial reports for the executive committee. * Schedule and monitor commercial calendars and targets. * Confirm and track payments to brokers, real estate agencies, and commissions. **Requirements.** * *Education:* Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering, or related field. * *Experience:* 2–4 years in commercial coordination or performance marketing (experience in any sector is acceptable). * *Tools:* CRM (HubSpot or similar), intermediate-to-advanced Google Sheets/Excel, Google Workspace. * *Basic knowledge* of digital metrics (UTMs, CTR, CPL, CAC). * *Skills:* Leadership, negotiation, adaptability, professional passion. **We offer.** * Base salary of 20,000 monthly + performance bonuses. * Statutory benefits or possibility of invoicing. * Work hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (on-site in Puerto Vallarta, with occasional site visits and urgent client issue resolution). * Opportunities for professional development and growth within projects.
