Job Summary: This position supervises the execution of preventive, corrective maintenance, and network expansion work, ensuring compliance with standards and service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the proper execution of network maintenance and expansion work. 2. Guarantee appropriate training and tools for field crews. 3. Improve network availability. Totalplay Telecomunicaciones is currently hiring: EXTERNAL PLANT SUPERVISOR. **OBJECTIVE:** * Ensure the correct execution of preventive, corrective maintenance, and network expansion work through proper application of the company's applicable standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Meet service-level agreements for addressing external plant incidents. * Ensure field crews have appropriate training and tools. * Improve network availability. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Required knowledge in fiber optic network maintenance, construction, and design; fiber optic splicing; identification and analysis of OTDR measurements. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary of $20,000 * Bi-weekly payment * Statutory benefits from day one * Indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Vehicle assignment * Training and development * Internet service discounts * Salinas Group discounts
