Are you ready to take ownership of your professional career in an inspiring world? **MISSION**: Responsible for implementing the preventive and corrective maintenance program for laundry and linen room equipment and machinery. Perform diverse tasks within respective areas according to procedures to maintain laundry equipment in optimal condition. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and monitor the preventive maintenance program for laundry equipment in coordination with the immediate supervisor, accurately recording all work performed according to established procedures. * Carry out, together with the team, scheduled preventive maintenance for laundry equipment using the GMAO tool, adhering to the assigned precision level for each piece of equipment and ensuring all activities are properly registered in the GMAO tool. * Assign shifts, schedules, and workloads to each team member. * Ensure personnel under supervision use maintenance management programs for all tasks they perform. * Monitor that all equipment under responsibility is entered into the GMAO tool and scheduled appropriately based on equipment type. If any equipment is missing, provide information to the competent staff and verify its inclusion. * Ensure equipment, machines, tools, and their respective areas remain in optimal appearance condition (paint and cleanliness). * Conduct weekly stock reviews—coordinating with the storekeeper—of spare parts for equipment under supervision, and be responsible for providing staff with necessary equipment, tools, spare parts, and materials required to perform their duties, as well as ensuring proper usage and adherence to safety standards to prevent accidents. * Comply with hotel-established rules and procedures. * Execute all instructions and tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Actively participate in implementing and supervising energy-saving programs and/or measures. **EDUCATION AND TRAINING:** High School Diploma **LANGUAGES:** Local language (depending on the geographical location of the property) **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** * Leadership ability, personnel management, and decision-making skills. * Teamwork. * Orientation toward energy efficiency. * Orientation toward quality. * High degree of responsibility and commitment. **EXPERIENCE:** 2 years of experience in similar positions.
