Sigma Foodservice, a leading company dedicated to the production and distribution of deli meats, dairy products, protein, and prepared meals, offers you the opportunity to join this outstanding international team as: **Fleet and Distribution Supervisor** **Position Objective:** Manage and coordinate our product transportation operations. **Responsibilities:** * Manage fleet planning and scheduling. * Coordinate routes with drivers. * Analyze performance reports and optimize routes. * Resolve operational issues and manage vehicle maintenance. **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience in fleet coordination. * Completed Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Knowledge of transportation regulations and road safety standards. * Class B or C driver's license. * **Reside in Puerto Vallarta** or nearby areas. * Ability to drive vehicles up to 5 tons. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Communication and negotiation skills. * Attention to detail and analytical ability. **Benefits:** * Base salary * Savings fund * Savings box * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Subsidized cafeteria * Year-end bonus exceeding legal requirements * Job stability * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
