**Description** **Super Farmacias del Pueblo, a 100% Mexican company, is looking for your talent.** We are seeking a **Training Assistant (Field Trainer)** to join our team. 80% of your activities will be in the field visiting branches and 20% will be office-based, supporting the training and development of our employees. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the onboarding of new employees regarding the company, business operations, and procedures. * Deliver training sessions on medications, customer service, and operational processes. * Conduct interactive activities, practical exercises, and evaluations. * Perform visits to branches to reinforce training topics and address questions. * Prepare attendance reports and follow-up documentation for training sessions. * Provide feedback to the training supervisor regarding progress and areas for improvement. **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma (technical or incomplete university studies in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields preferred). * Minimum of 6 months of experience in training, teaching, group management, or related areas. * Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities. * Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to travel between branches.
