Opportunity for career growth and job stability **Job Objective:** Supervise and coordinate the proper operation of multiple units, ensuring compliance with processes, internal policies, and operational objectives through effective leadership, performance indicator management, and timely conflict resolution. **Key Responsibilities and Activities:** * Supervise the operational functioning of assigned units. * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and controls. * Identify areas for improvement and propose continuous improvement actions. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs). * Effectively and promptly resolve operational and personnel conflicts. * Coordinate and supervise operational staff, fostering a collaborative work environment. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. * Prepare operational results and progress reports. * Maintain consistent communication with management and unit heads. **Competencies and Skills:** * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Conflict resolution capability. * Results-oriented mindset and performance indicator management. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple units simultaneously. * Organizational and decision-making skills. * Effective communication skills. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma / Bachelor’s degree (as required by profile). * Experience: Minimum 2 years supervising units or similar positions. * Willingness to travel and supervise multiple units. * Flexible working hours. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, **8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** * Saturday, **9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Punctuality bonus. * Attendance bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Job stability and opportunity for career growth.
