Join our team to continue building our success story together. **Job Description** -------------------------- As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to guests, either directly or through servers. This role requires knowledge and skills acquired through formal training or significant work experience. **Job Functions and Responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- * Mix and serve drinks according to standard recipes and customer requests. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current beverage trends and cocktail recipes. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times. * Restock inventory and bar supplies as needed. * Provide excellent customer service, engaging in friendly conversation with customers when appropriate. * Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for purchasing alcoholic beverages. * Monitor customer behavior to prevent excessive consumption and act responsibly when necessary to address any issues that may arise. * Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen personnel to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages. * Maintain a safe working environment by complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines. * Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area for special events as needed. * Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned. **Work Experience** ----------------------- * Requires knowledge and skills acquired through formal training or considerable work experience * Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision * Has 2 to 3 years of work experience **Competencies** ---------------- Accountability Business Acumen Championing Guest Needs Self-Development Impact Interpersonal Skills Functional Job Knowledge Leadership Problem Solving Teamwork and Collaboration**Education** ------------- * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * A combination of education and experience will be considered. **Certifications** ------------------- * Certifications may be required or preferred If you believe you meet the above requirements, we look forward to receiving your application!
