




We are a leading group in resorts and vacation clubs, and we are looking for a highly motivated **IT Project Coordinator** with strategic vision and passion for technology to support our transition to a renewed hardware and software environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the Office of Projects Manager and various IT teams, participating in key technological and administrative modernization projects across our developments. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenses. * Organize, attend, and follow up on meetings with stakeholders. * Document agreements, decisions, and key actions. * Prepare presentations and necessary materials for meetings. * Ensure compliance with project deadlines and goals. * Support change management within projects. * Provide administrative and operational support as required. * Develop execution and improvement strategies for each project. * Maintain documentation updated and aligned with established frameworks. * Assess risks and issues, proposing timely solutions. * Coordinate stakeholder expectations and inputs to achieve optimal solutions. * Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on commitments. * Create a management calendar to meet objectives. * Prepare weekly reports for the IT Executive Committee and business leaders. * Track performance and resources involved in assigned projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. * 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Active **PMP certification** or equivalent (desirable/essential depending on client preference). * Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills in **English and Spanish**. * Proficiency with project management tools: **MS Project, MS Visio, MS Teams, Microsoft Office**. * Knowledge of ERP, PMS, and CRM systems focused on hospitality (desirable). * Skills in documentation, file management, and administrative tasks. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Effective teamwork and self-initiative.
