· Bachelor's degree or Engineering (LAE, Industrial Safety, Criminology). · Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably asset security in Hospitality. · Experience in developing and implementing internal civil protection programs. · Experience and knowledge of STPS regulations. · Experience handling inspections by authorities. · Knowledge of monitoring and alarm systems. · Knowledge in risk and facility vulnerability analysis. · Knowledge of incident investigation techniques. · Excellent control and management of security equipment and materials. · English language proficiency. · Excellent personnel management skills.
