Ensuring operational continuity and customer experience **!!We are looking for your talent as a BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN!!** Ensure that the branch's commercial premises remain in optimal condition through preventive and corrective maintenance of physical infrastructure. This includes painting, patching, lighting, electrical installations, minor repairs, and support for specialized equipment, all aimed at ensuring operational continuity, a high-quality customer experience, and protection of company assets. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of verifiable general facility maintenance experience, preferably in commercial, corporate, or office environments. * Knowledge of and safe handling of maintenance tools and equipment. * Experience in painting, basic electrical repairs (connections and wiring), and minor, ad-hoc masonry tasks such as ceramic tile installation. * Proficiency in drywall work, especially patching, finishing, and aesthetic interior maintenance. * Ability to perform diagnostics and implement practical and efficient solutions for preventive and corrective infrastructure maintenance. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** \- Experience in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, or related fields. \- Knowledge of electrical networks. \- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment. **BENEFITS:** \- Gross monthly salary **$15,000** \- Monthly food vouchers **$1,050** \- Uniforms \- Statutory benefits \- Life insurance \- Birthday day off **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Saturday 10:00\-19:00 hrs DAY OFF ON **SUNDAY** If this position interests you, apply now!
