Call guests to confirm scheduled services. Respond to questions regarding available services. Update reservation and cancellation lists throughout the day, inform service providers of last-minute changes, and resolve scheduling issues as needed in collaboration with the supervisor or manager. Register guests upon arrival for their appointments, confirm first and last names, and provide general spa orientation upon arrival. Promote and sell spa or beauty salon services. Obtain assigned cash drawer and ensure monetary accuracy, secure necessary change based on expected transaction volume, and keep the cash drawer secure at all times. Process guest payments for spa or beauty salon services and obtain payment authorization as required. Accept and record cash tips for employees. Reconcile, scan, and submit receipts to Accounting. Notify Engineering of maintenance and repair needs. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager. Comply with all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and fulfill their service needs; express genuine appreciation; and assist guests with disabilities. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones following proper protocol. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others. Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place unassisted objects weighing 10 pounds or less. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
