Respond to special guest requests with exceptional needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Gather, summarize, and provide guests with information about the hotel and nearby area amenities, such as events and special activities. Handle, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Contact the appropriate person or department (e.g., Bell Staff, Housekeeping Department), as necessary, to resolve guest calls, requests, or issues. Review employee shift logs and daily memo books and document relevant information in records. Monitor seat availability, service, safety, and guest well-being in the club lounge. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions; conduct training and obtain safety certifications. Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect the company's assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate their service needs and fulfill them, assist people with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Communicate with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using proper protocols. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team members in achieving common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to other employees' concerns. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the workday. Move, lift, or carry objects weighing 10 pounds or less.
