Position Summary: We are seeking a Lean Construction Coordinator responsible for implementing, coordinating, and monitoring the Lean Construction methodology, promoting continuous improvement and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implement and monitor the Lean Construction methodology on site. 2. Coordinate the application of the Last Planner System in projects. 3. Train and support teams in Lean practices. We seek a **Lean Construction Coordinator** responsible for implementing, coordinating, and monitoring the Lean Construction methodology on site, promoting continuous improvement, collaborative planning, and optimization of construction processes. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering** or related field. * Specialization, certification, or diploma in **Lean Construction**. * Minimum **5 years of verifiable experience** implementing Lean Construction on site. * Experience with methodologies such as the **Last Planner System**. * Desired experience in **industrial and/or airport projects**. * Analytical ability, leadership, and fieldwork capability. **Job Functions** * Implement and monitor the **Lean Construction** methodology in construction projects. * Coordinate the application of the **Last Planner System** (master planning, lookahead planning, and weekly planning). * Facilitate planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement meetings with construction teams. * Identify and analyze waste in construction processes, proposing improvement actions. * Measure and monitor performance indicators (PPC, reasons for non-compliance, workflow patterns). * Train and support site supervisors, foremen, and contractors in Lean practices. * Promote standardization of processes and best practices on site. * Prepare progress reports, results, and improvement opportunities for project management. * Foster a culture of collaboration, operational discipline, and continuous improvement on site. **Employment Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** On-site employment **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Salary:** $24,000 MXN per month (net) **Benefits:** Statutory benefits Salary: Starting from $24,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
