We are seeking a COPYWRITER to create and develop persuasive, creative, and strategic texts that emotionally connect with customers, reinforce the company’s premium positioning, and directly support the objectives of attraction, conversion, and closing for the national sales, digital marketing, and commercial campaign teams. ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Write advertising copy for campaigns focused on **talent attraction and premium vacation experience sales**. * Develop copy for digital ads (Meta, Google Ads, landing pages). * Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). * Scripts for videos, reels, commercials, and audiovisual content. * Create messaging centered on experiences, luxury, entertainment, travel, and lifestyle. * Conversion and lead generation. * Adapt communication tone to diverse audiences. * Collaborate with **Marketing, Sales, Audiovisual, and Recruitment** teams to ensure message consistency. * Ensure all copy aligns with the **VIDANTA** brand identity, values, and narrative. * Optimize copy based on performance metrics (CTR, leads, engagement). ### **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Literature, Design, or related field**. * Minimum **1–3 years** of experience as a copywriter, creative writer, or advertising content creator. * Excellent Spanish spelling and writing skills. * Experience writing for **premium, tourism, hospitality, entertainment, or sales brands** (preferred). * Ability to write persuasive, conversion-oriented copy. * Creativity, attention to detail, and results-driven mindset. * Basic knowledge of digital marketing and conversion funnels. * Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects. ### **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation bonus, profit-sharing, etc.). * Professional growth within one of Mexico’s most important tourism sector companies. * Involvement in high-impact projects and national campaigns. * A creative, dynamic, and highly professional work environment. * Corporate benefits.
