





**Requirements**: \- Minimum education: Completed high school. \- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer service, call centers, or sales (preferred). \- Proficiency in computer use and basic software (Office, email). \- Familiarity with Google Sheets. **Responsibilities**: 1\. Answer customer calls and messages to resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints. 2\. Record information in our customer management system. 3\. Collaborate with other departments to follow up on specific cases and/or requests. 4\.
