





Requirements: * 90% English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading). * Customer service experience. * Flexible availability. * Excellent presentation. * Responsible. * Minimum experience in reception area. * Computer skills. Responsibilities: * Operate telephone system to assist customers, owners, and suppliers. * Receive, follow up, and forward emails from guests, property owners, and clients. * Manage the reservation system, including registrations, modifications, and cancellations. * Control and record transactions of petty cash, and perform cash register closing at the end of each shift. * Conduct inventories and manage unit keys. * Carry out guest check-in and check-out procedures. * Generate work orders within the reservation system when operational or maintenance needs are identified. * File reports on arrivals, departures, occupancy, and key control. * Record shift activities in the logbook to maintain communication with the team. * Process payments for services, stays, additional charges, or guest requests. * Handle late arrivals (Late Check-in) according to established procedures. * Keep the reception area clean and organized. * Distribute cleaning supplies to housekeeping staff based on inventory and daily needs. * Perform all other duties required by this position.
