





Requirements: * 85% proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading). * Experience in customer service. * Flexible schedule availability. * Excellent presentation. * Responsible. * Minimum experience in reception area. * Computer knowledge. Functions: * Handle the telephone system for customer, owner, and supplier service. * Receive, follow up, and forward emails from guests, owners, and customers. * Manage the reservation system, performing registrations, modifications, and cancellations. * Control and record transactions of petty cash, and perform cash register closing at the end of the shift. * Conduct inventories and control unit keys. * Perform Check\-in and Check\-out procedures for guests. * Generate work orders within the reservation system when operational or maintenance needs are identified. * File reports on arrivals, departures, occupancy, and key control. * Record shift activities in the logbook to maintain communication with the rest of the team. * Collect payments for services, stays, additional charges, or guest requests. * Handle late arrivals (Check\-in Late) according to established procedures. * Keep the reception area clean and organized. * Deliver cleaning supplies to housekeeping staff according to inventory and daily needs. * And each of the functions required by this position.
