**General Purpose** Satisfy customer needs by informing and advising them about Estafeta’s service options, as well as the shipping requirements necessary to ensure successful delivery and close sales effectively. **Key Responsibilities** * Advise customers visiting the point of sale, providing information on available services, product options, and associated costs to deliver the best possible shipping service to the customer. * Sell Estafeta services to customers without a waybill, documenting the service through the point-of-sale system to generate sales and profitability for the company. * Process shipments with an Estafeta waybill, verifying that packaging, contents, and documentation meet the requirements for transportation within Estafeta’s network, ensuring shipments arrive at their final destination in good condition and on time. * Deliver all “Ocurre” services, verifying the identity of the recipient collecting the shipment against official identification as specified on the waybill, ensuring delivery to the correct person. * Handle sales revenue, including collecting payments from customers, safeguarding funds, and depositing them into the bank, to ensure funds are credited to Estafeta’s account as quickly as possible. * Return services held at the point of sale for over 10 days, generating a return waybill and re-entering the shipment into Estafeta’s network to return undelivered services to the sender. **Education** High school diploma or technical degree.
