As a Tour Operator, you will serve as the key link between our clients and tourism service providers. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring every trip is unforgettable, safe, and punctual for our clients—complying with traffic regulations and company-established procedures—while delivering luxury and high-quality service, and guaranteeing customers enjoy a seamless experience. Minimum requirements for this position include solid knowledge of destinations and tourism services, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Prior experience in tourism or a related industry is a plus. Additionally, you must possess a positive attitude and an open mind to adapt to diverse customer needs. Join us and help create unforgettable travel experiences for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Drive assigned vehicles: Suburban High Country, Sprinter diesel. * Inspect vehicle mechanical condition before each shift (fluid levels, tires, brakes, etc.). * Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. * Coordinate with the Traffic and Operations team to adhere to scheduled routes and delivery times. * Maintain activity records and report any incident or situation compromising service quality. * Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays. * Comply with road safety regulations and internal transportation policies. **Additional Requirements:** * Valid FEDERAL driver's license. * Valid psychophysical examination. * Intermediate English. * Previous experience as a driver in the tourism sector or luxury transportation. * Strong familiarity with local routes in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit. * Orientation, responsibility, and punctuality skills. * Proficiency in using electronic devices for navigation and operational logging. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly net salary: $12,000 * Food vouchers: $1,000 * Statutory benefits from day one * Uniforms * 12 days of vacation * 15 days of year-end bonus
