**Main Responsibilities:** **Technical Supervision:** * Supervise excavation, foundation, paving, and wall construction activities. * Verify that work execution adheres to blueprints and technical specifications. **Administrative Control:** * Prepare and maintain daily logs, weekly reports, physical and financial progress records. * Perform cost estimates, work billing, and volume control. **Planning and Logistics:** * Coordinate the delivery, removal, and consumption of materials and tools. * Manage minor purchases or on-site movements when necessary. **Personnel Management:** * Assign daily tasks and supervise on-site personnel. * Ensure safety standards and discipline are maintained at the site. **Communication and Problem Resolution:** * Identify and resolve technical, operational, or logistical issues promptly. * Maintain communication with suppliers, project management, and operational staff. **Job Requirements:** **Education:** * Degree or near completion in Civil Engineering or Architecture (with verifiable experience). **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 to 4 years in civil construction, preferably in foundations, structural work, or rough construction. **Technical Skills:** * AutoCAD (intermediate/advanced) * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Blueprint reading and interpretation * Budgeting, work billing, and cost estimation * Technical logs and reporting Job type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible hours Work location: On-site
